Pavarotti, one of the three great tenors of our time, passed on in 2007. Every other newspaper and on-line media responded in one voice to mourn his loss. Did you miss him or his voice? Pavarotti’s voice had become iconic to his existence and name.

Beyond the gift of a magnificent range of vocal cords, if Pavarotti did not make good his gift, would we have one entertainer less? Couldn’t another vocal great be raised to buoy the world’s spirit?

Pavarotti sang well because he believed in himself and in the mission he carried into this world. He carried hope and joy. In a personal capacity, I understand, he was an anonymous benefactor of the once leukemia-stricken Jose Carreras (who is himself, a "rival" -- one of the three tenor greats) when the latter was seeking funding for treatment.

Will my voice be missed when I pass on? If it were missed, would it be the voice of an encourager, a cheerleader, an entertainer? Or had it been one of a clamourer, troller, or a terror!

“And Saul knew David’s voice...” 1 Samuel 26:17

“And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day...” Genesis 3:8

“And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife...” Genesis 3:17

Dear Friend,

I am privileged to share a piece of Earth's massive estate with you in the little red dot, Singapore.

The truth is we all have been to space.  The outer space is really outside ourselves.  I'm glad you hopped on this space and I hope you'll enjoy being in this journey with me.

To a brilliant life!
