It is well

My ride to Cardigan Bay in Wales was punctuated by a stop at Fernhill Lodge where Sylvia served up her inimitable version of crackling pork. Who would have guessed that a humble lodge by the roadside could hide a treasure place – a hundred-year-old well.

With a glass over it, she’s cleverly doubled it up as a table top for food and crockery. The lodge was started by Sylvia’s father, now into his 90's, and happily watching her running the lodge from his room upstairs. The impeccably clean outfit exuded simple beauty and style, and reminded me of the work of a manicurist who polishes every nail to perfection to make her customer happy -- from the pure white lace curtains hanging on the restaurant windows to the little trinkets in the restroom. I see no reason why Trip Advisor wouldn’t rate them 5 stars.

Dear Friend,

I am privileged to share a piece of Earth's massive estate with you in the little red dot, Singapore.

The truth is we all have been to space.  The outer space is really outside ourselves.  I'm glad you hopped on this space and I hope you'll enjoy being in this journey with me.

To a brilliant life!
