Du Pain en Saigon

Can you possibly find plain, good handmade oven-baked bread for less than 10 US cents? Staying at Chinatown in District 5 in Ho Chi Minh City paid off. If this was my daily manna rained from heaven, I swear I would not be complaining.

Du pain (meaning the bread in French) in the pic is typically used to make the popular banh mi (a baguette introduced by the French during her occupation in Vietnam).

Dear Friend,

I am privileged to share a piece of Earth's massive estate with you in the little red dot, Singapore.

The truth is we all have been to space.  The outer space is really outside ourselves.  I'm glad you hopped on this space and I hope you'll enjoy being in this journey with me.

To a brilliant life!
